Hi, I'm Wayne. I'm a simple, easy going guy. My friends would tell you I'm funny, smart, kind and loyal. I'm a bit of an introvert. I like spending my free time at home, watching movies or t.v., playing a video game ( I like first person shooters), surfing the Al Gore Net (he invented the internet, at least according to him), and hanging out with my friends. I prefer to save my money for traveling, as I like to visit historical places and see the natural world. I will get out of the house from time to time to hit a bar or something. I'm an Audio/Visual Technician. I do a lot of interactive classroom integration, so I work out of town a lot. I enjoy my job though. I have a wide range of musical tastes. I'm glad I have parents who were teenagers in the 70's to get me enjoying great rock music at an early age. Boston, Kansas, CCR, Cream, Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin, Styx, Blue Oyster Cult...... the list goes on. One of my favorite bands is Alice in Chains. My opinion, they are one of the best bands to come out of the 90's. I also like bands like Incubus, Hoobastank, Muse..... really, any kind of rock music. Typically, I'm listening to metal (As I Lay Dying, Avenged Sevenfold, Killswitch Engage, Shadows Fall, etc....), but I love most genres of music, except country and today's pop. I enjoy the outdoors and am always making weekend trips to North Carolina for some whitewater rafting. I used to be a river guide, so it's my main hobby. I've recently taken to hiking and am looking forward to the next trip to the mountains of North Carolina and Tennesee. I'd like to find someone who can show me different trails and such. I've set myself a goal of hiking the Appalachian Trail before my 40th birthday. I enjoy going to history and science museums. I grew up in the army and I used to be in the army so I have a love of military history because of that. I like learning the history of places, and enjoy finding places to go drive to and check out. I'm looking for a smart, funny, kind, attractive woman, somewhat introverted, who enjoys what I enjoy and can show me interesting things I haven't come across yet.
