Well lets see I just moved back to Chicago from Miami Fla. and some other stops along the way. I am an Executive Chef in numerous international and domestic cuisines. Came back here to kind start over see some old friends and make some new ones. I am originally from the South Side of Chicago. GO BEARS! Also lived in Vegas, Georgia, Maui. and Republic of Korea picking up new ideas for cooking.
