Hello, my name is Paul.

I really do not know what to write here any more, I have tried to do this many times before and it seems impossible to tell someone in written words what you are all about. I am just me.

I love music, watching movies spending time with my significant other. I have a car, a good job and I work every day. I keep a clean home. I know how to cook, clean do the laundry; I do not need a mother or a house keeper. I would however like to find a woman to spend my time with. I am a very affectionate man, touchy feely so to speak. I have lots of love to give and I enjoy giving it. You will not be ignored.

I go to the gym three nights a week; I enjoy drinking a few beers on the weekend. I am 5?8? tall and at the last check I weighted 266lbs, I have lost 120 lbs since Sept and will continue to lose until I reach my goal, being overweight is a thing of the past and I will never return there. I have made the lifestyle change required to live the rest of my life healthy.
